About Us Minimize

TALC is a "think tank". We advise, assist and facilitate projects, programmes and ideas. The primary focus of our work is capability building in T&L.

Building capability refers to creating a capacity in the T&L sector to analyse the present business environment, develop future business strategies, provide the knowledge and systems to support the strategies and generally have the best combination of people, processes and innovation to be the world's best at what we do.

TALC's Purpose, Vision, Mission and Programmes are summarised in its Powerpoint Presentation, The Skills Battle (Powerpoint, 1.84 MB).
