  • Mentoring Forum - A forum of interested industry players was held in 2005. The outcomes of this forum lead to further initiatives to promote mentoring.
  • Mentoring Reference Group - A quarterly meeting of this group provided feedback and advice on mentoring initiatives in the T&L industry.
  • Mentoring Pilots - TALC supported the implementation of two mentoring pilot programmes, the APICS/LAA industry programme and the ARTC ‘evolution’ programme. Valuable information on how to run a mentoring programme were gained for these pilots.
