Professional Development

One of TALC's key goals is to Educate, Train, Coach, Mentor and Develop members of the Transport and Logistics industry to help build a more highly skilled and competent workforce.

With approximately 2,000 transport planners and 40,000 logisticians employed across Australia in public and private organisations these critical disciplines in the Transport and Logistics Industry had no professional recognition or professional development pathway.

TALC in conjunction with five Industry Associations (see list below) has launched two professional development pathways and accreditation programmes (Certified Transport Planner - CTP and Certified Professional Logistician - CPL)  to raise the profile and learning in the professions.
